CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS
A Booking Form, setting out the details of the reservation, will be sent for all bookings. Reservations are only accepted as confirmed when the Booking Form has been duly signed and returned. The Booking Form must be returned not less than 10 working days prior to the date of hire.
A deposit in advance may be required from clients who are not existing account holders.
CANCELLATION
If a booking is cancelled less than 10 working days prior the date of event, then a cancellation charge may apply.
If a booking is cancelled less 3 working days prior to the event then full charges will apply, including the costs of any catering provision that has been requested.
LIABILITY
We endeavour at all times to ensure that good quality facilities and services are provided. However, should there be cause for dispute, our liability is strictly limited to a maximum refund of the room hire charges for the event.
By signature of the Booking Form, the Hirer accepts liability for any losses or damage to equipment or furnishings should such incidents occur during the period of hire.
