VIDEO-CONFERENCING

 
Once seen as simply a means of reducing expensive travel costs, Video-Conferencing (V-C) has now become an essential tool for organisations committed to reducing their carbon footprint - as well as saving time and money.

Our Video-Conferencing system is available for use by both tenant organisations and outside clients. 

The system uses a Tandberg 880 unit linked to a 42" monitor capable of picture-in-picture.

Either ISDN or broadband connections can be used.

Engineer support is available at an hourly charge in addition to the facility hire charge. However, experienced users can self-operate if they wish after demonstrating competency. 

The V-C facility is located in our Brindley meeting room and is available Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 18.00h at a cost of £55.00 + VAT per hour.  Requests for bookings outside of these hours are welcome but would be provided subject to availability and individual quotation.
