Wolverhampton Science Park's voice telephone system is available to all tenants.

The system is based on reliable Mitel SX2000 switch equipment.  In the unlikely event of major system failure our service is underpinned by a fast-response maintenance contract provided direct by Mitel themselves - who also continuously monitor system performance from their technical centre.

Lines are of the DDI (Direct Dial In) type and thus provide unique, advertiseable number(s) for each tenant company. System features such as call divert, transfer and pick-up groupings are available.  Non-geographic numbers, e.g. 0800, 0845, 0871, etc can be deployed.

Line rental charges are currently about 30% less than that charged by major telecommunications providers.

There are no installation charges and most simple "moves and changes" work requiring less than 1 hour of engineer time (where this can be performed by our own on-site staff) is also without charge.

Regardless of whether you choose to use our system or those of a third-party provider, all offices can be provided with a telephone line for making internal calls around the Science Park without incurring call charges.
