All of our accommodation is let on the basis of a simple, monthly-paid Licence Agreement.

An important feature for companies working in a rapidly changing business environment is the incorporation of a notice period of only three months in the event of a wish to terminate.

The monthly licence fee includes both rent and service charge in a single payment.  The service charge element includes all normal costs of occupation - for example heating, electricity, office cleaning and contribution to common costs such as reception, security and caretaking support, buildings and landscape maintenance and buildings insurance.

Business Rates are paid direct by the tenant to the Local Authority - thus enabling eligible businesses to claim Small Business Rate Relief.
